How to play Blossom

Blossom is Merriam-Webster's word game on a flower of seven letters: six petals around one center letter. Make words of four or more letters that use the center letter. Letters can repeat in a word. You only get to play 12 words, so every pick counts. Each turn one petal is the bonus petal, and using its letter earns extra points. One new flower a day.

How Blossom is scored

Your score is the total points from your 12 words. Longer words are worth much more, a word that uses all seven letters gets a bonus, and every use of the bonus petal letter adds points.
